Ideas for your code

How to make an email QR code

  1. Enter the address that should receive the emails.

  2. Add a subject, like “Feedback – Table 12”, so the messages are easy to sort later.

  3. If you like, write the start of the message. People can still change it before sending.

  4. Scan it once: your mail app should open with everything filled in.

Tips

  • Good for feedback cards, support stickers on products, event sign-ups and “request a quote” on flyers.
  • Use a different subject on each poster or location to see which one brings in messages.
  • Make it at least 2.5 × 2.5 cm and say what happens, like “Scan to email us”.

Common mistakes

  • A personal address on public material. Use a shared one like hello@ or support@.
  • A long pre-filled message. Keep it to one line; people want to write in their own words.
  • Forgetting people without a mail app. Print the address as text next to the code too.

Why our codes never stop working

Many QR sites make dynamic codes. They point to the site's own short link, which then forwards to you. When the free trial ends, the link is switched off and every printed code stops working.

QRink makes static codes. Your link, Wi-Fi password or contact details are written directly into the pattern. There is no middleman, no account and no expiry date. A static code printed today will still scan in twenty years.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no trial, no watermark and no limit on how many codes you make. The site is paid for by ads.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes, so the content lives in the image itself. They work as long as the image can be scanned.

Can I use the codes commercially?

Yes. Print them on menus, flyers, packaging, business cards or signs. You don't need to credit us.

Can I change where a code points after printing?

No. A static code can't be edited after it is made. If the content changes, create a new code. Tip: point the code to a page on your own website that you can update.

Which format should I download?

PNG works everywhere on screens and in documents. SVG stays sharp at any size, so use it for print, signs and design programs.

Why doesn't my code scan?

The usual causes are low contrast, a light code on a dark background, a logo that is too large, or printing it too small. Keep it at least 2 × 2 cm and test it before printing.
